Ain't no doubt that's a rebranded Cobra.

Inside the cockpit the hatches look like a Cobra......but to me the side view looks like a Mainstream Kingfish.

My take is strictly Cobra Maurader. Below is comparison of specs from both web sites. Okuma description matches Cobra's word for word. Only difference I see is Cobra is pictured with second O hatch right at the stern but it is not priced with it online.

Specifications for Baidarka ***Cobra F&D ***Cobra Marauder
Kayak Length 14'3" ***12’ 6” ***14’ 3”
Internal Depth 12" ***no spec ***12”
Dry Weight (Bare Boat) 52 lbs ***60 lbs. ***52 lbs.
Max Weight Capacity 475 lbs ***600 lbs. ***475 lbs.
Kayak Width 31” ***36” ***31”

Hatches Forward "A" Hatch: ***LRG & (2) O : ***O, A & LRG
Large Center Rectangular Hatch
10" Round Hatch W/Storage Bucket

Price $999.00 ***$1,059.00 ***$1,035.00

Did some research and this kayak is made by Cobra for Okuma.

Based on other information, there is at least another Okuma model on the way.

Following taken from www.kayaksportfishing.com

These kayaks are made for us by Cobra, so you will probably see quite a few similarities.
As of now, the blue and white is it. There is another model on the horizon, so keep an eye out

I love it! Ricky got Okuma into the Kayak biz! Not only yaks but rods designed for yak fishing as well. Wildly smart idea! Very inovative. First major national tackle co. recognize and invest in the sport in this way! They'll probably sell 10 in Cali for every 1 sold in Texas.

But what the heck. Why not publicly bash one of the most respected TKF sponsors - not to mention one of your favorite "friend's" sponsor.
