The conditions look doable depending on rain. Going to try to make it out there by daybreak. This one is going to be a family trip so most likely I'll just run big baits and fish from the shore but if there's bait busting beyoind reach I'll go chase them down. I look forward to providing a report tomorrow evening.

Curious if there's a fishing report on this? I used to fish Sea Rim few times a year, but the area has changed after the last hurricane (Harvey?) that came our way. Especially near the jetty by Sabine. It used to be a sandy bottom near the jetty, but that hurricane brough or stirred up soft silty clay. There's a rig you can yak to that produced some good fish.
