Beach access policy 8-17-2020

I saw on a website, Visit Corpus Christie, that as of 08/17/2020 beach road access has been opened back up with some limitations such as Access to Zahn Road is closed, Bob Hall Pier is closed, beach access south of Bob Hall Pier is closed, Padre Island National Seashore is closed. SOOOO, my understanding is that the beach road to MP is open to traffic???

Corpusfishing is a good place to keep up on beach access - they're all surf fishers
