Did good at matagorda day1...no kings but several other species......yesterday at the mp rigs I struck out. Not a single run all day. I was out there from daybreak till 6pm. Maybe the rain shut off the bite, I dont know. They may ha e moved further south, I treated to see if anyone catches any this week at MP?

Dang auto correct. I meant that I am interested to see how everyone does this week. Especially at the mp rigs. Just for future knowledge.

Got skunked at mp rigs today.
No kings biting. No sharks. Lane snapper is still there.
Saw a tripletail under floating wood, could not get it interested.
On the other note, there was strong sideways current heading north around the first and second rigs. Kings most likely were seen on fishfinder on north side of the rigs but were not active. Visibility was about 5-6 foot all the way till the stand pipe.
