Corpus Christi Offshore Rigs, Wed-Thu 26 July

Post by kickingback »

There is going to be VERY low breakers on Wednesday and Thursday of next week.

I plan to go to either Mayan Princess or Bob Hall rigs if anyone wants to meet up. I am doing this run because my hand is not strong enough for this weekend yet. Wed it should be feeling well the way I am working it by therapy.

Chime in here if you can't make the Bob Hall trip this weekend that Yakity-Yak put together and maybe want to join me during the week.

I would like to meet all of you out there this weekend but I have to be safe.

Myan rigs OK with everyone? Beach access road 2 turn left (updated) to beach marker 80.
Driving up Wed morning and will be there about 0600.

Wednesday was epic. Calm seas, low wind, clear water, thick fog and lots of fish. The fog was really eerie. My fishing partner and I each boated around a dozen kings. Ribbons, artificials, and live bait all produced. More of the same without the fog on Thursday. We left them biting both days. Perfect way to christen the new Reload.
