14 & 15 BHP and PINS

Post by rattlesnake68 »

I've post, on fishing reports, a reasonably short report from Alexis and I's trip to Bob Hall Pier and PINS from last Saturday and Sunday. It was a little rough out there. At least not equipment was broke, although I did lose my mirage drive well plug. It's lost at sea.

Ouch! That’s hurt. Sorry to hear that.
Davy robbed many things from us over the years.
I tethered my mirage drive to the kayak side handle.
Cannot trust the well plug.

Yea, I keep those drives leashed. I'm not about to take a chance and lose one of those. The plastic plug, after reviewing the video, was lost on the second day out by the helipad. Oh well, that's what happens when you conveniently toss gear to the side in rough condition without taking the extra minute to secure it. A lesson that I get reminded of every few years. LOL

With gear and tackle....leash, lash and stash or reach for more cash.

And the same goes for your trash.
