How about an offshore video?

I spent way too long playing with white bass and a fly rod, but now my gaze has returned to the big water. Recently a small window opened and Tod and I got offshore for a while. Jacks were the name of the game, and I was happy to play along as eight of the big guys came aboard. I didn't have ribbons or other bait, only artificials for trolling. They worked fine and I went home with tired arms.

Kickingback, I had a bulky popper rigged, but with all the wind I was limited to short casts. Next time I'm hoping for less wind and I'll take some subsurface options. I promise as soon as I figure it out, there will be video.

Crazy... I got a lot of fish on the backside of the rig too there was some giant schools in there!! Thanks for the vid prof it was good meeting you and tod see ya on the agua!
