Nice video Glenn! Congrats!
Question: Is it just me or do the kings seem bigger this year? Sure seems like we've seen some big ones....What gives?

Glenn definitely opened up a can of whoop-ass on the fish that day. When I left him he was at 9 Kings, I think he told me he caught 6 more! I was trying to focus on the Smack but still caught 3 Kings (Including the one Glenn de-hooked for me )and lost 2 more. Great day! can't wait to do it again!
Hey Ben, let's go BTB soon!

Wow, that water looks good. Glad you guys whacked 'em. I'm missing my BTB time, will try to get out next week. Hope conditions hold up. Glenn, Ken, Ben, will ping you guys if it looks like Terry, Andy and I will be going.
Re: That's some high quality H2O
It looked like you might have hit your's with a gaff and then earthshipman's came up and you gaffed it. That would explain the gaff hole in your fish. That's wild though, never seen it before on a kayak. On a pier now, I've see all sorts of confusion including fist fights about whose fish was whose. I realize fist fights in a kayak are problematic but if this happens again, I propose a kayak joust with paddles...filmed of course
Great video. That water looks perfect.

Re: That's some high quality H2O
This was last Monday.
The dead king wasn't gaffes by me, and I only gaffed Ken's because it looked tangled and I didn't want another hook through a finger. The little one was simply picked up by the tail. It's gaff wound looked a few days old or more, and the video doesn't show just how dirty it was with mud. I had seen Marlin do that, but never a king.

My bad. That's what I get for trying to watch videos while working.Prof. Salt wrote:This was last Monday.
