I hit Mayan with my son today and water was dirty all the way out. There were lots of fish at Wally (tight to the structure on the South side). I hooked at least ten nice black drum on the jig, but only got two into the kayak. I kept pulling the hooks (they'd bite the jig and get hooked in the lip). Also caught a ribbonfish on ...yep, a ribbonfish leader using a sardine. Turned him around as live bait on a leader made just for him, lol.
