Bent edge question???

I made the mistake of hanging my OT Dirgio from some hooks from the front edge of the cockpit and the back edge behind the seat for a day or so and now the lip edge is bent up. Will it bend back over time now that the pressure is off of it or will it need heat to "soften" it to let it go back?? Great boat by the way!!

No problem. It seems to have fixed itself by just letting it sit a day or so. Got a little worried there for a litle bit though.

Old Town is a foam cored Hull. It has a little less memory than the Rotomolded Sit on tops.

THat being said, I think you might have gotten lucky. If you where to put enought Bend the plastic to break the foam, you might have been in trouble.

Sounds like your on the right path.
