Scupper Mount

Got a Striker Plus 4 for my Prowler which has a "transducer friendly" scupper in back. The Garmin came with a mount for conventional transoms or trolling motors, those methods were out, and I really don't care for thru-hull mounts. So...
A few trips to Ace-is-the-place for PVC, washers, etc., and I think this might work.

If the turbulence from the hull indention gives trouble just move the transducer down in 1/4" increments until it cleans up the screen. I fought that battle several years ago on a canoe.
