Diablo, nucanoe, bonafide?

Which kayak? Will be for devils river two night trips. Maybe the pecos river one day. My slayer propel is just too huge.

I can tell you that Keven Townsend did a KT Diaries episode floating the Devil's on Diablo
The shallow ABS boat would be easiest to portage where needed, and obviously a great stand-sight-fish platform

I agree, but worry about the ABS. I'm currently leaning toward the nucanoe flint. Size, price, features/design are pretty dang awesome.

either the nucanoe flint or diablo amigo (rotomolded version of the chupacabra) ABS and rocks don't mix well.

done the devils 3 times in same amigo. great platform, plenty room. taking it again next month for 4th year in a row. only downside is its a little heavy if you have a headwind, which has been the case 2/3 times I've been. wouldn't dare do an overnight in other diablo models. devils chews boats up. be nice to a little shorter version, as the amigo makes navigating tight rapids challenging.
