Heavy duty J-racks

Post by Blue Devil 7 »

Because there are three of us that paddle in the family, I have to carry all 3 boats in J-racks on my truck. I've been getting away with using a Thule Hull-a-port for my Ride 135, but it is actually over the max listed capacity of 75lb for the racks. I've been looking to upgrade to something with a higher capacity. Does anyone have any experience with these? The have capacities of 100-150lb listed

Sorry, just saw this, but we have used the powersportspro j bars for my Seaghost 130 and her Lure 11.5. Never had any problems once the boats were loaded.
