Do taco clips work well for temporary spot for holding paddle?

Re: Taco Clips
They do as long as the paddle has a good resting place.
I put mine on the side of my PA.

Re: Taco Clips
Hey Z-man - could you post a pic of how yours is positioned? I've thought about mounting one on my PA but unsure about how to place it (I'm still adverse to drilling holes in my yak unless I'm confident in what I'm about to do!)... Thanks - SeaaggieZ~MAN wrote:They do as long as the paddle has a good resting place.

Re: Taco Clips
I have one and added a piece of velcro to lash the paddle from breaking free at every slight bump of the paddle. Of course i have a paddle leash on my paddle as well but the added little piece of velcro makes it stay in place better. Trust me.

Re: Taco Clips
Hey kicking back we think alike. I almost got that seat but since I carry my PA on the bottom of my trailer. And the revolution 13 and outback ar on top but I needed something to fold.
I know I could take it off, but one more thing I have to worry so I opt for the folding one.
Did have to reinforce the sides.
Let's go fishin.....coco!
