Hobie Quest

Post by pmed8 »

Hello everyone. just wanted to see if anyone had some input on the Hobie Quest? I am new to kayak fishing and plan to use one in some area lakes and in the Galveston area. Would this be an appropriate kayak to use for both? Any input would be appreciated. Thanks.

The quest is a great fishing boat and will handle all sorts of conditions and bodies of water. I have used it in the bays both in Galveston and Corpus Christi, the surf numerous times, and just about every pond and lake that can be paddled legally in the Spring area. I feel that for the money you can't go wrong with the Hobie line.
