Native Tennessean here, with some family in Texas (my paternal grandpa's side is from Grosbeck, TX; my maternal cousin lives in Spring, TX). And, of course, Tennessee and Texas share a history together with the War for Texas independence, with Tennessee sons David Crockett and Sam Houston playing a role. Much love and respect to Texas!
I am new to kayaking, and every search regarding kayak fishing seems to lead me to this site. Lots of good info here, and I thought i'd join!
I am looking to take the plunge and get my very first kayak--a Perception Pescador Angler 10 soon. So I may be asking questions about kayaks, modifications, etc.
Tight lines!

Welcome aboard.
I don't know how big a person you are, but you might want to consider the same kayak in a 12'.
It would be more stable, and more room.
