If you are going to the Boat Show this weekend and you are looking at Kayak's be sure you look at the Ocean Kayak Big Game II. I have one and really enjoy it. It is stable and much faster than what most people comment about it...it's not a slow kayak. I have a longer paddle (260) and you need a 240-260 paddle.
Ocean Kayak builds a excellent quality kayak. When looking at the prices of the kayaks you will also realize it is one of the more reasonable priced kayaks on the market and you will love the new center console cover. I highly recommend one. Thx, MIke

Had for a number of years and only upgraded lately to a PA12. It is real stabil at 34" wide.

Haha kneecap...I just did the same thing. Sold the BG2 to bro-in-law and picked up a helluva deal on a PA 12. Still getting used to it...have to get it adjusted for my legs and butt. Don't like the extra weight but do enjoy the extras
