I did here a rumor,( has not been verified from down Santa Fe way ) that the first 25 entries go in the hat for a drawing for a new Werner paddle. Considering the source can't tell as of right now but you never know it MAY be true ! Good luck and get signed up.

$65 which breaks down to:
~$3 for paypal fee
$1 for TKF
$1 for HOW
$45 for prize pool
$15 for tournament expenses, etc.

Top 25% of field is paid with cash and prizes. All anglers at the weigh in get a prizebag and there are door prizes, raffles, etc. for all kinds of stuff. The real value is the people you will hang out with at the weigh ins. You'll find new fishing buddies, make good friends, learn a lot and have a damn good time at weigh ins. You also get to put a face to a name (TKF name in a lot of cases).

All signed up for this event.

Hopefully I can get some time on the water before the event. The first event for me last year was terrible and hopefully I can start off the season with a good showing.

Looking to defend my AOY title this year.

And I wish you all the luck this year in defending your title because I flopped like a fish on shore last year trying to defend mine and by the way stay out of my fishing hole this year

It's fishing and anything can happen at any time. I remember the 3rd event last year where I did not have a bite until 12:30pm and ended up winning that event. So many obstacles to factor in the day. I will stay out of your fishing hole if you stay out of mine. lol  I may start bringing bananas and Cheetos with me as extra help.

Having recently joined smack talk anonymous and been to my first meeting I'm trying to kick the habit. After reading the post above does anyone besides me think it could be translated ? Big'un saying I wish you all the luck = Die fire ant Die . I did not defend mine well last year= you have a snowballs chance in hell of repeating ! Please don't fish my area's = Quit potlickin my hotspots !!! Just curious if anyone else read between then lines and got this subliminal message ?
