Condo with boat garage in Port A.

Post by Gun Doc »

We have a condo we rent out in Port A. It is about a block behind the IGA grocery. It is two bedroom, two full bath, sleeps four easily, six using the roll away beds. The best thing about it for fishermen is the boat garage. It is 10' wide (wider, but the door is 10'), 10.5' high, and 32' deep, fully enclosed and locked. This saves tons of time and worry about the security of your boat and tackle. We use Starkey Properties as our manager. If you are interested in seeing pictures, www.starkeyproperties.com use the property code 217LP on their search function. Thank you for the opportunity to tell you about it.

Is it OK to bump this every so often? I haven't done so in about a year and a half.

I just looked at some properties from Starkey and those are winter month rates. I got really excited when I first saw that, but they are only for the "off season" or winter months.
