i have an apt in poc that we use for nightly rentals
sleeps 6-7 full kitchen use of back yard patio, above ground pool, bbq pit,
fish fryer cleaning table ect.......
located 1/2 block off of adams on 12 th street
apartment sleeps 6
$100./night $75 when you charter with me

special
one nights lodging and i will take you and your yak to the back bays and pick
you up for $300 limit 3 yaks

it rents for $100.00 / night
if you charter w/ me $75.00

I'll keep it in mind since I booked a bay house down at Sargent for $150/night for four nights during the first week in May, but it also had a lighted fishing pier behind the house and it was a blast to fish at night. Took my yak out at night and fished just beyond the lights. I didn't get much sleep at this place though. Came in from catching lots of fish off the pier at 4am and got up at 6:30am....for four straight days. Had to go back to work and recuperate! :lol:

I have seen Capt. Henry's apt for rent and it is very nice, extremely clean and you would have plenty of room for people,yaks,equipment and some fish

You won't find a nicer guy in town than Capt.Henry Plus if you sweet talk him he would probably taxi your group w/kayaks out to mat Island to save a long paddle
