This is all MJ, I wish I could claim it for myself, Take redfish and prepare like you would on the halfshell, after putting it on the grill coat it with a mix of onions, peppers, garlic, celery or whatever you like. Just before its done coat with your favorite cheese. Pull off the grill and enjoy!!!!!!!!!
