I used whiting, Speckled trout and redfish. I liked the redfish best as it was a little thicker, but all the fish was good this way. The fresh basil at the end is important, so don’t omit that.
Wasn’t difficult and makes a one dish meal if you don’t count the rice as rice is easy to cook.
