This recipe is cheap, easy, and tasty. Hope you enjoy.
Start with 2-3 chicken breasts
Place the chicken breasts in a crockpot big enough to allow for 3-4 inches of room between the breasts and the brim of the crockpot
1 can of corn
1 can of black beans
1 can of diced tomatoes
2 to 3 cups of salsa (mild, medium, or hot, depending on what you like)
1/2 yellow onion diced
Salt and Pepper
Jalapenos (if you want it to be spicy)
Turn the crockpot on low before you leave the house for the day and let the chicken cook all day long.
When you arrive home, turn the crockpot on high to finish the cooking process.
Serve the Chicken over a bed of rice or anything else you want to eat with it.
