Mini Meatloafs on the OldSmokey
50/50 ground- 1-top sirloin steak & 2-pork tenders
sweet onion- through the grinder with the meat
Mrs.Dash
parmesan cheese
Panko bread crumbs
minced garlic
1 egg
salt & pepper
molded in a bowl
wrapped with BACON ;)
1½hrs indirect on the Frogmat, in the OldSmokey

Not that I wouldn't eat three of those things right now, but my favorite part of this post is the garage sale super-find on the meat grinder. Sweet deal.
