Grilled Fish Tacos with Chipotle Lime Dressing

Found this on the Food network. It's amazing, won't have it any other way now. We used fresh tilapia from the lake and lightly frying the corn tortillas adds a lot more to it. I have made the adobo sauce from boiling dried chipotle peppers as well, but substituting some Chipotle Louisiana to taste works as well, just don't add 1/2 a cup. Enjoy!
