Venison Shank

Post by Jason21 »

If you dont like cooking complex dishes or dishes that take awhile then this recipe is not for you.
This recipe belongs to wild game chef Hank Shaw. He has some amazing recipes all devoted to wild game and fish.
You will never want to throw away another shank after cooking this dish! It was amazing!

It definitely worth trying if you get some shanks! I know most people who clean their deer dont keep the shanks..

Hmm, I always thought a venison shank was something deer used to stab each other in prison.

Is this the lower part of the leg?
