This is my favorite recipe for venison loin or back strap. I cooked it up last night.



Everything on the plate is family produced. My boys dug the potatos, wife grew the parsley, I shot the buck.

I like to wrap them in bacon, marinade in soy sauce w/ brown sugar. And then throw them on a wood grill. A lot of flavor.
