BACON WRAPPED PORK TENDERLOIN

bacon wrapped pork tenderloin wrapped in caul fat
then seared and roasted in the oven at 400 degress for 20 min.
parsnip puree
cilantro coulis
and roasted parsnips
quince tapenade


This recipee is simple and delicous. I am a Chef here in houston and this was a special we ran one night :)

Well let me know when you have time we can cook. But my wife sure did luck out if I do say so myself...she can only cook spaghetti and most things in the microwave haha!

Same with my fiance!!! At least she tells me I need to go fishing/hunting though lol Only seems to be when a particular ups guy is around though hehe

haha well it sounds like your gettng the better deal at least....UPS GUY worries :dance: or fishing and hunting.....I will take fishing and hunting.
