Super easy duck breast recipe, you just have to be patient with the sauce, it takes a bit to thicken. First i start off my soaking the breasts in a salt water solution (water and table salt) for several days; change the water every 24-36 hours and notice how much blood comes out of the meat.
For cooking:

As I mentioned, the sauce will take 5-10 minutes of simmering to thicken. I had skinned the teal breasts while cleaning, but they still tasted great! Cannot wait to try this recipe on some big ducks!
Enjoy!

I wonder how some nutmeg would work out in that recipe on Thanksgiving...
