Here is a easy and quick boar recipe (roast).
Let boar meat sit in frig overnight in butter milk
2 packets of brown gravy
Small bag of baby carrot
Potatoes diced
And what other vegetables u want
Throw boar meat in crock-pot w/t out the buttermilk, add vegetables, then add in gravy packets with the amount of water it says to add on package. I think it is a cup of water per bag added. Put on high till it is done. This is the only way my wife will eat it. If u don’t have butter milk u can use coke. It doesn’t work as good but it is not terrible gamy. It works pretty great on duck
