Croaker sandwiches
First, catch some golden croaker, 1/2 lb or better and fillet them. Dust with flour that has just a touch of salt and black pepper and fry in vegatable oil at 375F. Drain on a paper napkin while you are putting the salad dressing or mayo on your bread. Place the fillet on the lathered bread and eat while still warm. Have you eve noticed how the simplest thing are sometimes the best?
