Ahi Tuna with Nectarine Red Onion Relish

Here's one of our family's favorites. Don't overcook the tuna--about 2 minutes per side in a hot skillet will do it.

You got it right with that overcooking the tuna.. Yuck... I rarely cook it longer than 45 seconds on each side. That sounds like a great dish.
