Cheescake Quesadillas

For those that asked at the gathering Sat. If you're counting carbs, well, you probably can't count this high.

2 cans crescent rolls
2 8oz. packages cream cheese
1 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 stick butter
cinnamon/sugar

Lightly spray 9x13 Pyrex. Roll out 1 can of rolls on bottom. Blend cream cheese, sugar and vanilla and spread on top of rolls. Roll out 2nd can of rolls on top. Bake 350 for 30 min. Pour melted butter and cin sugar on top. Bake another 10-15 minutes.
