Best Looking Fly

Post by kc kulhanek »

I've noticed that we have quite a few ugly fly contests on the board. How's the idea of having a contest for the most aestheticly pleasing? You guys tie some awesome looking flies.

That takes work, KC, to tie the perfect fly. It can be done by accident, but not very often. Now an ugly fly, that in itself is a true work of art. I know on no one that starts the day by saying " I'm going to tie ulgy flies today". Now, the day might end up that way, but I'm sure it doesn't start out that way.

Good job Ted!!!! The fly looks great. Are you going to be able to make the roundtable at Dean's on the 28th?

Ted
5:00-6:00 sounds good. Everyone ought to be well lubed and loosened up by then.
