Does any
body have any advice on what fly may be a good choice for schooing whites chasing shad?
They're starting to surface in the early AM and Late PM on Somerville and I'm hoping to git 'em one evening.

which side of the lake? Near the dam or near the Birch Creek area?
Gartooth,
The crease fly looks like just the ticket. Now I've got to figure out where to get a few. It's not like there's a fly shop on every corner in College Station.
I made a run out there this afternoon and got chased off of the water by a thunderstorm. No fishies to be found. They've been off of the points and around the damn area, from what I've heard. I hope to get back out there in a week or so.
