So .....this is to catch kids? What size rod would you use to catch, say, a six-year-old? I like 'em with a little fat on 'em, and before they get too stringy...

One of the Freeport area guides lives on Oyster Creek and sometimes uses a slightly smaller version of your fly to catch redfish and trout off his pier. He posts pictures on Instagram with the fish and fly. Some of the time, they will about bite anything that will fit in their mouths.
