Other lakes like Purtis Creek?

I’m fixing to head back down to God’s country (Texas) from Wyoming. Last year I fished Purtis Creek and really loved the place. No power boats allowed, fairly small reservoir, beautiful campgrounds. Can any of my fellow yakkers recommend any other small waters like Purtis? I’ve fished Fayetteville, Naconiche, Athens, both Tylers, and Brandybranch. I love East Texas and would prefer that area. I’m catch and release so won’t be taking any of your fish. Any tips would be greatly appreciated.

also if you like no motor boats. Ladybird Lake in downtown Austin has some good bass fishing
