Hornady Mach 2
Hornady just announced that they will be coming out with a 17 HM2....hornady mach 2. Instead of the normal 22 magnum shell necked down to a .17 cal bullet size for the 17 HMR, the hornady mach 2 will be built on the 22 long rifle frame necked down to a .17 bullet size. All you will have to do is drop in a 17 HM2 barrel on your 22 LR gun and you're ready to go. I can't wait....
