Shot my first Banded duck today around eagle lake. Blue wing Teal banded in Sept. Of 2013 in Saskatchewan. Also shot 65 of his buddies

Yes, I called the band phone number on the band and talked to a person that asked very specific questions about the bird. Where, when, how, why, how the bird looked, ect.

For one person yes way over the limit. BUT we had 16 people hunting. Completely legal. 66 birds in total.

Butttt I was the only person to shoot at the banded bird!!
