Symptoms include the loss of bodily functions and weight, staggering, poor posture, exaggerated wide posture, lowered head and ears and drooling. Deer with the disease could be found standing near water drinking profusely.
That is me every morning when I wake up and get out of bed!!!!!!!!

Man, I need to call the CDC!

Man, Bill you've got nothing left to accomplish! Not only are you a gifted Dr. Seusse muse, now you can add to your list of accomplishments having a disease named after you? Barnacle Bill Disease certainly rolls off the tongue better than Creutzfeld-Jacob Disease or Munchausen Syndrome, but I could see that becoming a negative thing to be associated with. I think I read somewhere that the best treatment involves dressing like a (NOT gay) pirate and building picknick tables!
