The NEW Phoenix 160 & Phoenix 140

Post by CM »

Well, finally I got the Phone Call we all have been waiting for.

YES, the NEW Phoenix 160's and the redesigned PHX140's are on the truck and in route to LA MARQUE, with a couple more PHX130's

The PHX160 weights 56lbs, the PHX140 weights 52lbs, and the PHX130 weights 46lbs. WOW :D

I should have them by Wednesday next week. December 27th

The popular PHX140 has a new redesigned cockpit, more room for those taller guys that need more leg room. Still using the Yakima foot rails for the optional rudder system.

The New PHX160, has been redesigned so as to meet the needs of the
paddler that requires excellence in performance, stability, ruggedness. This is one tough kayak, and at the same time beautiful.

This is going to be GREAT for those who want to paddle a 16 footer in the quiet marsh's, and with confidence venture out in open water.

They will go quick.

That in itself is a great Christmas Present.

Wow, I like that weight. 55 pounds for a 16 foot boat is great, and it has beautiful lines. I didn't find any info on the Hurricane site about price - ??? I have a friend with a Santee and I've always admired the way her kayak has continued to look glossy and new as my plastic has started to fade.

Hey Riverlady,

CM or someone in the know will get you pricing here in a bit  . But for your kayak fading try this stuff http://www.autogeek.net/303aerprot.html it works like a champ!

It won't shine like the Phoenix's, but your kayak will love you for it!

Riverlady, last time looked the price on the 16' was $1189 and the rudder kit is $240, We also sell Hurricane boats but I am not planning on getting any 16', I have the 120, 130, and an 06' model 140, so you should talk with CM at Creative Feathers if you are looking at the 160.
