Anyone fishing on Christmas Day?

Post by JPChavez »

Is anyone going out on the 25th? I can go anytime and anywhere in the Galveston area? I'm coming home from school for a few days and I'm dying to take my kayak out for the first time. Between work and school I really don't have a lot of time to fish so I'm trying to fish as much as possible when I have the chance. I not new to fishing and I have been saltwater fishing for about 8 years now.

Sorry man, but I will be chowing down on turkey and dressing and opening gifts with wife, sons and grandkids.

Fishing is great, but it doesn't hold a candle to spend a day with the whole family.

But I wish you luck and hope you find someone to fish with.

I always fish the morning after. It's a tradition.

Palacios jetties or seawall.

Have not made it a tradition yet, but thinking that I could start this year. Everyone has been joking with me that I would prob fish xmas day if I could, think I just might!
JP-- might try to get out in the morning. Maybe in the Kemah area, but have not had a chance to check the weather yet. Will let you know if I can make it out.
