All that advice is what makes this board a great place :lol:

. The advice, offers to let me borrow gear, etc were incredible. I've emailed a couple of people who posted and just wanted to thank EVERYONE for their advice. I'm going to terrorize :twisted:

all the pan fish here in the Austin/Central Texas area 2-3 months and then I should be healed up and able to hit the saltwater with a big ole' flyrod looking for trophy Reds and Trout :!:

Bill, welcome to the madness. You are literally surrounded with opportunities there in the hill country to enjoy that new fly rod. Drop me an email and next time I'm up there we'll run out to some local streams and give some bass and bream fits if you are up for it.
