If anyones wants to get together for some kayak fishing during that week, send me a PM or an email (or respond to this message). I'll have the family with me so I'm only planning one full day trip, probably to South Bay, but hopefully 3-4 other shorter trips (before sunrise to about 9-10am) to Holly and other locations.

We were down in the area in a power boat this last week and the redfishing was the best I'd ever seen it. Winds were completely dead until around 10 am each day, so if that holds it should be easy paddling.

Also, caught my first snook on Saturday. He was a true giant of the sea and came in at almost 8 inches.

where did you end up fishing?

Mainly around green island and the saucer.
