Tonight our Grand Finale Night Trip for TKF!

Looks like the Hobie Navy is yak-fishing the Galveston Causeway tonight, launching from Fat Boy's about 10pm ...

Winds are predicted South about 7-14 mph, with a major Solunar feed from 11:30pm-1am. We've got an approaching dark moon, so those Causeway currents might be a bit sporty. Glad my injured knee is better.

Come join us as we howl at the Moon and toast our fond farewells to TKF. We'll include you in our fishing reports!

It's our way of declaring that kayak-fishing fun and comaraderie will continue even after TKF has departed...

Here's hoping Shoffer has his waterproof Go Pro camera up and running tonight... Videos and photos at night are difficult, even if those grainy Causeway lights are blazing.

Last trip and I am sorry I can't make it. TKF gave us a place to brag and applaud others. Now we must do it face to fae with masks or not!!!

If TKF is a goner it will truly be a sad day. I'm sure there would be a lot less kayaks on Texas waters if it wasn't for TKF. I'm pretty sure I wouldn't have become a die hard kayak fisherman without it. I've met so many awesome people because of it
some that have become life long friends. Thank you Tom and everyone that made it possible.

Dandy I finally agreed to terms on a place on Galveston bay for this winter supposed to be signing the papers soon. See you guys then
