We have had a super high tide as of late and it hasn't hurt my fishing as much as high tides normally do to me. In this video which was filmed on Oct 2, 2019 I was fishing in Freeport, TX. I found a school of trout, sand/specs, feeding on some bait fish. I fished them for a little while before moving on to try to locate some flounders, which I manage to land 2 slots. The lures I was having luck with were: Chickenboy, Matrix Shad, Deadly Dudley, and Hogies.
