Boat Ramp Status South Galveston

Does anyone know the current status of the ‘boat ramps’ at Sea Isle, Terramar, and/or Bay Harbor? Google Maps indicate active boat ramps but information from 2018 on this site indicate they may be closed. Anyone been to any of these 3 locations in 2019? Thanks!!

I bought bait at sea isle Thursday night and there was a boat coming out as I pulled in.Looked to me like it was open but I launched at Jamaica beach because I was fishing out of the boat on that end.
