SLP Fresh Water
Hit the SLP area Thursday afternoon only to find pretty fresh water. Really surprising as I thought it would be saltier given that we hit the water at a high tide and also being relatively close to the pass. Anyone else seeing this? Is this unusual? Also trying to determine were we might fish over the coming week (West Bay area). Wondering - if SLP is fresh what does that say for the rest of west bay? Is it also fresh?

Re: SLP Fresh Water
if you check USGS, everything that drains into Trinity bay is still blowing out, and some of the bayous around there are flowing as high as the San Jacinto River.
