Shore access lit fishing areas?

I'm trying to find out if any of you night fishers know of any shore based lit fishing areas? One of my friends and I are thinking to go fishing this Friday evening but he's a land lubber so no kayak.

I know people fish San Luis Pass from the last time I was out there. Any other areas they light up at night you can pier/ bank fish from?

I imagine Galveston has some areas - I just don't know any of them.
