Has anyone used a Kayak or waded in this area?
If so can you tell me the depth and if it has and area which is deeper than the rest.
Also, if you have caught fish in the area in the past.
Also, is this lagoon tidal?
thanks

Look at Google Earth and you can see the only water inlet is near the ship channel. Many people fish it. There are fish in there. Reds in the grass line. Flounder near the channel and east end bridge. Trout near the bridge and throughout the area. Not a lot of fish but they are there.
Look at the history images in GE and see the depth. Navionics also has the depth on it's charts on their website.
Calm water most all the time unless very high winds from the south. the dike protects from north winds.
Very calm and easy fishing. Enjoy and let us know how you do.

Maybe post an intro so we know you’re not a North Korean spy?

There are a couple of reports on this site and another. People fish it and there are fish. Trust me.
